Evening Entertainment

Both evenings will feature a cash bar, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. In your attendee packet, you will receive two tickets for a complimentary beverage, courtesy of BHC and MAGIC. The tickets may be used either night. After you have used your tickets, you may purchase additional drinks at the bar at your discretion.

Food on both evenings is included in your registration.

Let's Make a Deal Exhibitor Night

Start the evening off right with hors d’oeuvres and drinks while you mingle with our exhibitors. Be sure to pay close attention to what you learn and pick up at each booth. What you learn and collect will increase your odds of making a successful deal once the show begins!

Once you’ve had sufficient time to chat, we’ll jump back in time to the 1960s! Our own version of Monty Hall will host the classic TV game show Let’s Make a Deal. For those not familiar with the program, Monty selects contestants from the audience at random for the opportunity to be traders. To increase the likelihood that you’ll be picked to play, we encourage you to come in costume and/or carry signs to get Monty’s attention!

Each deal offered is unique. You might win a great prize, like some vendor swag, cash, or a gift card. But beware! Not all deals are good ones. The choice you make could turn out to be a Zonk, or bad prize. All we can promise is that, unlike the show, no livestock will be involved.

We’ll take breaks between games to hear a word from our sponsors in the form of exhibitor lightning talks from our Gold, Silver, and Bronze-level sponsors.
